I had an issue with my order and decided to try the satisfaction guarantee, and like i said, it actually worked out for me.

Support got back to me quickly and handled it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops or feel like I was being a pain.

Like i said, it was a easy process overall, so I’m happy with how it went and I’d order again.

I was just relieved they had what I needed in stock for once. Placed the order without dealing with some ridiculous wait time, which was great. Then again, why is that so rare these days? Anyway, I’m happy with how it all went.

I ordered from Biaxol and my package did arrive, which I was happy about. The shipping took a little longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way, so that was a bit inconvenient. That said, the package showed up in good condition and everything was fine. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just more of an average one for me

I was surprised by how good this tastes. It’s not too sweet, not too sweet at all, and it doesn’t have that weird aftertaste I’ve noticed with some other ones. Super easy to drink, and I don’t dread taking it every day, which is a big plus for me...

That said, a couple of the recommendations felt kind of random?? Like I wasn’t sure how they connected to the answers I gave. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as accurate as I expected.
